I think the last should work in the following way -> anyone can post an announcement which could be an actual announcement or a link to my thread or a part of a discussion elsewhere whatever whatever -> if it clears 10M TDH or whatever, it goes on the list and is displayed in reverse chronological order

the last needs to be in reverse chronological order

until they are completed

the first three have the characteristic that they float

these all seem important

1/ tech development -> this should be a special thing that is linked to Github PRs too @[simo] 2/ network development -> I would consider also consider having the voting front-end and using github with markdown as the backend because with github you get world-class versioning etc out of the box. 3/ and there could be something else for announcements that needs some thinking on what it is
