I raised the issue in group dms first and was told Von earned respect so the card was fine etc etc and an artist who did question the card merit in public was told she shouldn’t do it. for artists to publicly question big name collectors who have support from more big name collectors is very complicated, friend. I agree and regret not speaking out in public before my thoughts about it. But for 5 years in NFTs I know too well how badly received public critique usually is in the space. And it surfaced now only because on X Dangiuz was congratulated and replied with a 🤐, as light hearted as it may have been, it’s obvious his participation was intentionally hidden as it would have certainly impacted the perception of the card.
