Thank you for your perspective. I got the impression from some posts that a proposal must first compete for a Meme card, and only if it fails to succeed for some time, it can then be switched to a Stream.

4/ to get on stream, you still need to get at least X TDH in main stage because obviously if you don't want Stream to be a shitshow there needs to be some curation, it is just it will be something like 2% of total network TDH for a day or something and then you can trigger the mint
