I think you are not thinking ambitiously enough
and they can also use TDH in a normal way
they get access to all our tooling for free
since they are only voting internally
the absolute amount relative to ours does not matter
run a wave for their project limited to TDH from their collection
choice 2: assign some fluid TDH to their project
choice 1: endless person-years of work to replicate indexing, website, voting, decentralized blockchain etc

One more observation — isn’t the Stream often for emerging artists who usually don’t qualify to release a Meme card? In that case, they often won’t have any TDHs, unless they’ve been buying them. i think this is manageable by progressively scaling the multiplier
they are also irresponsible with their TDH even without the extra step of allocating to a cat

3/ they have allocated it to a shit collection

Fluid TDH is a great name.
I see how good fluid TDH could be but the damage it can do is also big.
Lets take meta mask for example everyone understands it’s you responsibility to check on everything you sign etc. but they had and have a lot of pressure to improve their dedication of malicious things and make it obvious, so while I understand will make it clear all over it’s still a big risk, like the punk example someone gives them all TDH in 100 years they are leaving and using the system suddenly one day it’s gone it feels wrong. I don’t have a solution it just feels like we are inviting dram.
Then with rememe is it gated if not people in 100 years can start minting whatever they want there and gate fluid TDH
also eventually one person can ruin it for everyone he decided he believes in a cat art collection he gave it millions of TDH it collapses so one easily buys the nfts just for the tdh and they have easy TDH, then again maybe it’s a one off, but it still feels like we are opening a can of worms, but the upside is also extremely high 🤷♂️ 🤯
