in principle yes but how do we differentiate from any other old ones

1/ We use it for: NextGen, Meme Labs, Stream - this is the alpha test
2/ If it works well, we expand it to new mints - this is the beta test
3/ then we decide about existing mints
i think this is where I am settling in
without any governance risks
