I think the purpose of shadow TDH, practically speaking is two-fold
I do not think the purpose of shadow TDH is to get more relative influence in the system

But stuck a bit on outside vs inside. motivation part e.g. why would I even engage on something which is outside of the system at the first place, if my objective is to gain more influence within the system and get stuff passed through the network.
On the flip side, for those not willing to participate within the system, it’s easy to form a permanent group for outside.

it is not locked TDH but in any case your concern has been addressed. everyone day 1 gets the benefit of the shadow TDH multiplier to their own identity's TDH. There is nothing to be gained by gaming because you already get the boost. so to allocate it, you have to give somethin gup
I have a question:
If TDH is locked, it will ”lose” voting power and other benefits? (meaning it becomes not “usable”)
If not, than anyone who locks meme cards could create an NFT with the full amount of his TDH and hold it -> effectively 2x the total TDH for stakers
Ofc this could be prevented with some resteictive rules but people will always try to game the system…
