I got it to go through planning rules for a subdivision in a council area I was not familiar with ...on a property not yet purchased... that had potential... but were some potential risks. It created a 8 page development plan... including financing and selling
for non critical items outside my areas of top expertise is so obviously better than me, it is not even funny
