that is the general goal of the network

obviously would prefer for markets to solve the issues

which is very lame very boring i hate it

and you rely on command and control mechanisms

someone has a local monopoly on being "VP of HR" or whatever

because in a hierarchy

in principle networks and markets outperform corporate hierarchies

and things that do matter i pick an acceptable level of deterioration

things that don't matter i ignore totally

and so i pick my spots

and the answer is "quality deteriorates a bit" and "clarity" definitely deteriorates a lot

so the real question is 'what happens if i don't manage them"

there managers in place at (redacted) and at 6529

"why does Elon work so hard and not find someone else to manage tesla, spacex, etc"

the toothbrushing is managing it

there are x.xxx people working on it

all that stuff is "outsourced"

i mean

not sure it is possible

daydream about this all the time

like memes decentralized curation was in my head and nobody really understood it and now it is not in my head and everyone understands it just fine

in a way that anyone else can understand

until i get them out of my head

format i mean

those are stuck in a non-scalable parameter

and things that "are only in my head" and I need to turn them into something coherent so other people can work on them

that scale just fine

there is a huge difference between "things I can manage people to do"

then it is back to logistics/execution

need a bit of work on the hard part of (redacted) now

broke through the hard part on 6529 at xmas

these are the only two things that require overclocking my brain

can do when I am zonked out

it is fine

mastered those a long time, those are like brushing teeth

i mean i have a lot of other work tasks but they are not challenging

only two things i am working on, worrying about

i want them to be ready at ASI time

- 6529 has to get out the door to get out and working before ASI - [redacted] needs to get bulldozers on site in 2026 to get working at the dawn of ASI They are both at a very critical path period

2025 is an important timing year

what other goals could there possibly be anyway

its goal is also to make the world a better place :)

[redacted] is my very very long time thing

i certainly hope most of them have not even heard of us yet

6529: decentralized identity, decisions, art now, hopefully science later [redacted] centralized advanced science (maybe, if I am good enough), maybe can decentralize later without getting too detailed and without making any promises because [redacted] is still very speculative, 6529 and [redacted] are both good for the world and in vague ways I just gut feel right now i think will eventually converge or at least get closer or at least be completementary

so that is the plan that may converge from two directions
