@[GulYildiz] I'm sorry this took so much of your time. Fixes for saving answers, selecting files and keeping uploads intact are now live. An answer that needs more detail should no longer block other valid answers from saving. Uploads keep their state when moving between sections or changing screen size, and the form distinguishes a file selected on your device from one uploaded, checked and attached to the record. I tested both the photography and general artwork forms against the live site, including rights answers, real file uploads, safety checks and reopening the saved record on desktop and mobile. If your form has been open since before this update, copy any text still marked as unsaved before refreshing, then reopen your record. If something still fails, reply with the section and approximate time; the new diagnostics let us trace validation failures without logging your answers.

@[punk6529] this is not work . Also no matter what I do, I keep getting an error, and Iāve been at this for a full two hours. I can't tell if it's a system error or something on my end. It would have been better if the form clearly indicated exactly where or in which option the mistake was made. For example, there are four answers for a piece of information, but we don't know which one is incorrect.

I had problems in the same place, mentioned it yesterday. I had to leave the form, and return to upload the file. But when I left I lost all the pages info. Had to start from 0.

I didn't even get a notification saying the file was uploaded. I can see the file name, but it's not working. The form could have been simpler.

Hi! sorry I see this late! I complete this with the same data you filled! but not saved & I got error at final review again, but somehow after some tries & opening & closing the form, the problem resolved! the form was full of bugs without any alert 2-3 days ago & I worked hard to finish it ! yet I don't know how I could complete that :)))) Now, I can not check it again as my form is submitted & I got saved version 1.0

Thanks for reporting both. I checked your draft: your first-page answers have been saved. The error after Save and exit comes from sending you to the wrong overview page. The Start documenting dropdown is also offering options that should not appear for an assigned Keys and Gates record. I am fixing both. For now, return to https://6529.io/artwork-documentation and use Open record beneath your artwork to continue. There is no need to create another record. I will reply here when the fix is live.

I found repeated save errors behind this, so some of those answers have not reached the server yet. Please keep the form open for now. Use Copy unsaved text near the save warning and paste it somewhere safe before closing or reloading. I am fixing the validation and making the form show which answers need attention. I will update here when that repair is live.
