-
-
I have a newborn so there are no weekends and everyday is a blur lol
-
Oh, congrats dude, that must be beautiful, yet very demanding, try to enjoy the most of it while still is a very tiny human being, I've seen my niece grow sooo fast.
-
Yes supe rdemanding haha
-
-
-

Btw, I've started to release my longevity protocols on Substack (Youtube coming next). Here's one on heart disease in case it's helpful for folks https://vitaveda.substack.com/p/atherosclerotic-cardiovascular-disease Would also love to hear any feedback on what I missed / got wrong!
-
Also agree 1 month is great. I wish I could stop eating sugar for 1 months...
-
gm friends, just found this wave, love the initiative.
-
gm gm everyone
-
was wondering if there is or if anyone is interested in a wave dedicated to therapeutic use of psychedelics
-
It would be cool, but I’m always so careful sharing this info even with close friends because it’s one of those things that it really matters how and with whom and where you’re getting it from, and I feel if I share my experience and you do it the wrong way it can be bad
-
100% with you. set and setting etc. have you listened to the pod w/ Bryan ... I'd be very much in alignment with his thinking. Interested in connecting with people who have experience in therapeutic settings and/or interested in exploring same. could be high tdh and/or card gated ... or not (but not sure public channel fully makes sense). My wife thinks I'm nuts ... and I know very few ppl I'd contemplate discussing with irl (maybe 1 / 2)!
-
I do things minimum ones a quarter. I will share with you my experiences when I get a chance, but I can’t stress this enough you have to be so careful with were your things are from test whats in it or a unbelievable reliable source
-
Would love to hear your experiences at some point. No hurry at all … long term project for me
-
-
-
-
-
I've been listening to Bryan Johnsons interview on all in pod (after his 5 meo DMT) ... fascinating
-
damn ... Longevity channel not doing so good
-
I love smoking somehow
-
I love it my main issue even above health, I realized I am a slave to it I go out to eat I get edgy every time I can't use it after 20 minutes I want to get out of what I'm doing. I believe it might even be responsible for walking up after a certain amount of time I can't sleep more then 7 hours even if I want.
-
Yes, I can totally relate to that, and yes, it's terrible for the body. Would you say it's more of a nicotine addiction or a habitual behaviour? I've noticed that I rarely actually need the nicotine, but often need the rituals of when and why I want to smoke (after dinner, while waiting, with coffee, etc.).
-
Nicotine is the part that makes you feel sick after skipping 3 hours when you take the hit you feel it going to your head. This is only for E-cig regular smokes is not so much the nicotine it's just as much habitual behavior
-
-
-
-
I decided that smoking is the only bad habit I will on to. 😂
-
yes same, it's time!
-
A man who succumbs to habit is an unaware being and shall never truly conquer himself. Punish yourself serious take all joys away till you take control of all habits to enjoy pleasures divine..
-
gm :) Haven't been in here for a while. I decide Sunday to try to stop smoking Juul I used it like a pacifier on an unbelievable scale. I stopped smoking over 10 years ago I used to smoke around 2 packs a day, but stopping this seams like the biggest challenge, because my body is used to getting the hit every 1-2 minutes. I decided to go with the approach of not replacing it with something else like zyn, so I started with 3 hours a day 3-6 and I try to add 15 minutes a day it's really hard but we are up to Thursday. Today I also decided to add a 30 minute break between using it it's hell keep you all posted 🥰
-
Request permission to hit you with some bitter truth
-
Please do
-
-
oh this is my problem too, quit smoking roll ups which I legit only smoked when out for drinks then got a seriously ridic vape habit - I am with you on this one. Prob going the hypnotherapy route
-
It's war I will win :)
-
-
How is it going?
-
gm :) Failed after a month, but will start again soon this week or next week depending on my travels. I only start when I'm away from home
-
1 month is a lot, hang in there sir. it's been 3 weeks for me with no smoke, and feels good man, running up and down the stairs like i'm lighter
-
That's awesome!
-
-
Do you think it would be more successful if you have a substitute? To be honest I find it very hard to shift behavior without that intermediate step of having a substitute
-
100% a nicotine substitute would do the trick, I just refuse to go from one addiction to the next. for me smoking was almost easy to stop, think about it even if you’re a heavy smoker, you have one every 30 minutes so it’s not so much about the nicotine, I’m sure It contributes but even more it’s behavior imo With juul I use it every 60 seconds or couple of minutes so the nicotine becomes a huge factor
-
-
-
-
good luck! you can do it

Shrooms sure feel like a gift above the rest considering what they have to offer and at almost no cost.. I never eat during trips but last time a friend just got fixated on being hungry and we ordered a pizza.. Mannn that pizza felt like angels baked it, each bite the cheese melting, feeling each flavor intensely... Crazy 😎

Hey friends, I've been doing a weekly Longevity show, going over some longevity lessons + noting important Longevity news, in case anyone is interested! (Will be dropping the Substack version shortly as well) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F1FQNtGIhaA

This is pretty cool to see btw, suggests microbiome is key (which I suspect as well) https://x.com/CMichaelGibson/status/1971005249000260003

Anyone have experience with shilajeet in hot climates.. Been using it as morning tea sure is the perfect energy booster but acne be a problem
-
I have to get into it 🙈 every time I stop it’s so difficult to start everything again
-
Once you get going it's pretty hard to get off as well kinda works both ways.. So just push yourself harder the first week, dopamine hits shall bring you back

This has been making the rounds, Xi and Putin talking about humans living to 150+ this century https://www.reuters.com/business/media-telecom/hot-mic-picks-up-putin-xi-discussing-organ-transplants-immortality-2025-09-03/
-
Oh and this is probably the most interesting bit of news I saw out there, kinda cool and funny haha - a device on your toilet that analyzes all of your stool microbiome https://x.com/ScottHickle/status/1960767560187584528
-
Last shill I promise, hope some of you can make it!

Btw, I'm trying something out tomorrow if anyone is free and interested. At 2pm EST, doing a live video stream on Twitter covering the past week's Longevity news. There is a lot of stuff out there that I have thoughts on, like the Starbucks thing, and I thought it would be fun to chat about it. Will also publish it on my YT channel and podcast for folks who want to listen later [https://x.com/vitavedahealth/status/1963384550060601604](https://x.com/vitavedahealth/status/1963384550060601604 "https://x.com/vitavedahealth/status/1963384550060601604")

Also came here to post this, the protein craze is heating up https://about.starbucks.com/press/2025/starbucks-goes-all-in-on-protein-announces-arrival-of-new-protein-lattes-and-protein-cold-foam-to-the-menu/

Also gm friends
-
Here's a challenge for folks here - can you go 5 days in a row with only taking cold showers? (No warm water allowed). I'm currently on day 21 and loving it haha
-
Pushing hard through discomfort of all sorts - like cold showers, not eating when I'm hungry, eating my home cooked food, focusing on work with sleep fatigue, etc.
-
I have to share also, my biggest personal longevity hack has been focusing on my mental resilience
-
https://x.com/vitavedahealth/status/1962874965188882932

I feel like there is a meme card in some of those scans 😇

I stopped my routine during the summer months. I’m looking forward starting again on Tuesday.
-
I started doing yoga again 3 days ago, I hope it's good for my mitochondria
-
I'm sure it is! Btw, what's with all the mitochondria talk lately on social media? Did I miss something?
-
I start every morning with sun salutations. Highly recommended.
-
always doing this :)
-
Do you do the full 10 steps, multiple times? I should get back to that
-
-
-
-
PERFECT morning indeed. Hope all is well :)
-
this article is an awesome reminder that we are still trying to fundamentally understand how the human body works. Extending human life may be easy if we completely understand human biology but there is still a lot of basic science needed to get there. https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/why-mitochondria-are-more-like-a-motherboard-than-the-powerhouse-of-the-cell/
-
Will give it a read! No surprise that mitochondrial based diseases are some of the most devastating.
-
a great Sunday morning read with a nice cup of coffee 😀
-
-
Amazing read 🤯🙏
-
I think we know like 5-10% of how it works, maybe less. Would be curious what other doctors like @[vesper] think
-
-
Yes main idea is to tactically spread 5 min hacks throughout the day along with one killer workout
-
oh I love this. OK here's a scenario - I've just done a sprint of work, feeling a bit mental fatigue - what would you do to recharge (and avoid scrolling twitter haha)
-
Five 15 seconds dunks in a ice water bowl with an ice pack on testicles in the 30 second gap between dunks
-
Is the testicle part necessary? I'd like to avoid that lol
-
Draining the fluid from the brain to the groin is a fun exercise..
