what I want to see is that we can build the social consensus to rally people around the various things we want to do

some of these investment teams have very serious blockchain devs
There are significant technical challenges to resolve there
2/ We need to be close to our final pathway on the blockchain approach and what infra is doing what
so that people can immediately see things working and happening that they have never seen work and happen in this way before
this has to be "show" not "tell"
It cannot click in during a 30 minute meeting
This can not be answered in theory - even you guys have had to hear it 100x before it starts to click in
1/ the #1 mental gap people have is something like "wtf is a decentralized decision network or decentralized network state" and "what possible use would I have for such a thing"
which is two parts IMHO
we have to be close to be showing the full package
they are going to think something like "OK, that is cute, but you know AI companies are adding $1B of ARR per week right now thank you very much"
I do not want to go back to them to say "hey, look, we are running a $3M/year "business" that is minting Pepes onto the ethereum blockchain"
i get one shot at doing another go around with my SV friends - i did the rounds in 2021, they supported, but now they basically all think NFTs are dead

special stuff sir.. the three pillars being
1. TDH (alignment/judgment)
2. Open and transparent.. building in public
3. bots doing the majority of work
anyone can do whatever they want with it in any format
