but fwiw you can model my health as I have very good genetics that I abused for decades in working, eating and drinking and somehow have managed to not fuck anything up
there is the usual "I need to lose weight" and "I need to up my exercise from zero to some number higher than zero" because if I don't at some point 10 years from now something will be wrong, so I need to work that in somehow
