we do not have to fight about about the scarce resources of "this is the title of the PR" and unfortunately we are out of characters and out of pixels and we cannot (sadly) communicate to our friends and colleagues what we are doing because pixels and characters have been rationed!

I think is mostly a black box to them

but what specifically the 4 of you and now the 5 of us do all day

so they have a vague sense of we are doing useful things

the large majority of what we do is fairly technical, the infrastructure we are aiming to build is fairly technical; the large majority of our Network Community Members are nowhere as technical

but we have the following gap I am trying to bridge

they can do that anyway

which I repeat is not "help people go to github and read your PRs"

and to go even further to the purpose I am trying to accomplish

however, I think it is likely not a good use of everyone's time that @[GelatoGenesis] @[simo] and @[prxt0] and @[ragne] have a daily podcast to explain what the tickets actually mean. fortunately, there is no need to do that because AI is exceptional, tireless and available 24/7 to do this

if I explained to her in plain English what this ticket does, she would understand the business purpose of the ticket just fine

and this is not because she is stupid. she has a PhD, she is very smart, she is just not a software developer

I do not believe however that, say, my mother can read the PR titles and understand substantively what we are doing

the titles as normal PR titles are perfectly correctly written on any ticket I have seen - yours, mine, etc

the point is not whether or not the titles are correctly written or not

I think you are missing the point tbh. can you please describe for me in 1 sentence everything that is in this PR? I mean you can by flattening it into the type of title that it has which is perfectly fine, but even me, who knows what is in there, had GPT write for you both a detailed description as a .md file and then I had it write a medium description in our chat because @[prxt0] just read the title and say "but the repo already does this" when of course that was not true https://github.com/6529-Collections/6529seize-frontend/pull/2556

otherwise, why bother even doing this and not just directing them to follow the PRs on github

obviously we are doing something here that is meant to make it easier for civilians to follow along

and it is a much more useful experience for our community members (tm)

I understand that it is not 2 minutes worth of work, it is maybe 1 hour to do this (max though)

I do not understand what is the big deal, we grab the PRs as they merge, send them with a prompt to GPT, get back a human description of what they do and post it here with the link

and I am certain it makes no sense to 95% of people here

this is a perfectly fine title for a developer: Remove tx.origin from drop execution

the reason I had in mind is that the type of excellent overview that may make sense for a developer may not make sense to a civilian
