3/ nature stuff
4/ old ruins that are cheap because they are old ruins BUT that we keep as old ruins so it is ok if we do that and it is i dunno a park or a photo shoot location or whatever
5/ things that could be sick but even in S America, it will be cheaper than Europe but not dirt cheap once you want to do it correctly, a lot of things cost the same or more there
